Compliance with all UK legislative, SHEQ, ISO, and environmental requirements. Full site Profit and Loss (PandL) ownership, including financial forecasting, reporting, and margin improvement. Building and sustaining a culture of safety, discipline, engagement, and continuous improvement. Effective leadership and development of the management team and operational workforce. Prepare financial forecasts and monitor operational costs. Act as the primary accountable person for site Health and Safety. Oversee the quality management system and product standards. Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
