General ManagerAre you an experienced and proactive General Manager with a passion for premium property management?We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of a prestigious skyscraper. This role offers the chance to take full ownership of day-to-day management, drive service excellence, and build strong relationships with customers (tenants), contractors, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Lead a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Maintain exceptional tenant relationships, ensuring all services meet the highest standards.Oversee building operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Manage service charge budgets exceeding £2M, ensuring financial control and cost efficiency.Drive sustainability initiatives and energy management strategies.Handle leasing matters, contract management, and business continuity planning.Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while proactively addressing any challenges.About You:IOSH Managing Safely (within the last five years) and BIFM Level 4/5 qualification.A minimum of four years’ experience managing premium commercial assets.Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.In-depth knowledge of contract management, leasing practices, and compliance regulations.Demonstrable experience in service charge budget management.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex situations.Strong understanding of commercial office and retail fit-outs, building systems, and sustainability initiatives.Why Apply?This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a high-profile role where you can truly make an impact.
