The Boat House currently trades at an average of £23,000 per week in net sales across the year, rising to £45,000 per week in the summer months and £18,000 per week in the winter months.There is also management accommodation available in the form of a large 3 bedroom flat.Have you got what it takes?It’s true, being a Pub Manager is demanding but the people make it much more than just a job.
