OverviewDo you experience within the automotive industry and have a proven experience of running a busy HGV workshop? Do you have experience of managing teams of technicians or vehicle mechanics? We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Strategically manage and develop all aspects of a MAN Branch, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency, to ensure profitability.
Ensure balance and consistent steering within these areas of responsibility.
Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers while ensuring high levels of customer service awareness are delivered.
Promote learning for others, share ideas and information, and take pride in achieving team objectives; reward staff appropriately.
Qualifications and Experience
From an automotive background with a minimum of 5 years customer service experience in retail sales and service at a senior level.
Ideally have previous success with team management or supervision of at least 20 staff across several disciplines.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of the truck industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales an advantage.
Understanding of balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and standard business metrics will serve you well.
