Overview

Do you experience within the automotive industry and have a proven experience of running a busy HGV workshop? Do you have experience of managing teams of technicians or vehicle mechanics?We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis.Responsibilities

Strategically manage and develop all aspects of a MAN Branch in Aberdeen, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency to ensure profitability.Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers, ensuring high levels of customer service awareness; promote learning for others, share ideas and information, and help the team achieve objectives while rewarding staff appropriately.Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years customer service experience in retail sales and service at a senior level within the automotive industry.Ideally proven success with team management or supervision of at least 20 staff across several disciplines.Detailed knowledge and understanding of the truck industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales; strong understanding of balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow and standard business metrics.Benefits
