General Manager required for an expanding asphalt manufacturing company who have been going from strength to strength over the last few years. This is a great opportunity to join an industry specialist and play an integral role in the growth. This role would suit an experienced manager however experienced supervisors looking for progression are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Day to day management of production activities across the plant

Coordination of deliveries of raw materials

Maintain quality standards

Leadership and development of a team of 5

Oversee HandS across the plant

Process improvements across the site

Oversee repair of equipment on site and PPMs

Candidate

Experienced manager or supervisor looking to progress

Experience in asphalt, aggregates, similar
