Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a people-focused Manager to run the Polecat in Prestwood, Great Missenden. This is a rare opportunity to lead a historic Grade II listed pub, originally a 17th-century hunting lodge, now a vibrant contemporary country pub with a strong reputation and potential for growth.

The Polecat features a traditional bar, cosy fireplaces, a glass-fronted restaurant, an open theatre-style kitchen, and a wood-fired pizza oven. The menu offers breakfast through dinner with gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, emphasizing Mediterranean-inspired, freshly cooked dishes.

The venue caters for up to 1,400 covers weekly, with sales of £45-50K depending on the season, and employs over 50 staff. The successful candidate will have experience managing large teams, a proven track record of increasing sales in a food-led business, and strong leadership and guest service skills.
