We are looking for a General Manager to join their Build-to-Rent operations on a permanent basis. You''ll be earning £46,000 and reporting to the Regional, leading the onsite team to deliver exceptional resident experiences across their properties. This is a hands-on role where you''ll shape how residents experience their homes, from day one through to community building and beyond.

• Lead a resident services team from the ground up, managing everything from customer service and lettings through to events and tenant engagement
• Design and deliver resident events and community initiatives that actually get people excited about where they live
• Own the day-to-day operations of a BTR site, hitting performance targets while keeping residents happy and the team motivated

Preferred Requirements

• Solid experience managing resident or customer services teams, ideally in market rent properties, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, including recruiting and training staff from scratch
• Track record of creating engaging events and coming up with creative ideas that resonate with residents
• Experience designing and delivering service improvement plans, plus managing budgets and monitoring performance against KPIs
• Strong communicator with the ability to listen, persuade, and build relationships across teams and with external partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications from NFOPP, IRPM, RICS, or ARMA are desirable but not essential
• Background in customer, student, or hospitality management
• Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
