This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the resident experience at a thriving property portfolio, commanding a salary of up to £60,000. As the on-site leader and brand ambassador, you''ll drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction whilst overseeing all operational aspects of this luxury living community.  

• Lead all on-site operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services with a focus on community building
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional living experience
• Drive leasing performance, manage budgets, and ensure the asset is maintained to the highest standards

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience in property management, private rented sector (PRS), hospitality, or a related sector
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Commercially astute with demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
• Ability to create and deliver an outstanding resident experience with a strong focus on community engagement
• Experience establishing corporate letting partnerships and driving leasing outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Build To Rent
• Relevant professional qualification in property management or business administration
• Experience managing multi-unit residential or mixed-use developments
