Ensure smooth, efficient hotel operation with strong commercial acumen and organizational capability.Lead a diverse team and maintain excellent service standards in a busy hotel.Proven strategic direction to sustain or improve market performance and financial results.The successful candidate will have a track record of building great relationships with all stakeholders in the business, owner, manager, employees, clients and neighbours.Qualifications
