The role

Oversee production, maintenance, and engineering to ensure the smooth operation of the paperboard manufacturing processLead a diverse team by driving HandS compliance, staff development, and team engagementMonitor and improve quality, safety, and operational KPIsEnsure full regulatory and environmental complianceDevelop and champion innovative, data-driven solutions to boost service and value of the products

The person

Proven experience in a general manager role in a HPMEExperience in a commercial setting, including PandL oversight or strategic business planningFull UK driving licence
