The venue is predominantly wet-led, with an established customer base and additional opportunities to grow revenue through local marketing, events and private hire. The successful General Manager will have the freedom to bring ideas to the business while ensuring the day-to-day operation runs to an excellent standard.

General Manager Requirements:

Experienced General Manager from a quality pub, bar or similar operation
Engaging, hands-on leader who is comfortable running the business from the floor
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to marketing and driving sales
Strong understanding of EHO, health andamp; safety and operational compliance
Events or private hire experience would be advantageous
Confident developing a team and maintaining consistently high standards
