General Manager Requirements:

Proven management experience within a pub, bar or restaurant environmen
Strong understanding of restaurant£style service and dining room standards
Confident with wine, cocktails and bar operations
A practical, adaptable leader who can oversee both FOH and BOH operations
Ability to motivate, train and develop a team
Commercial awareness, including stock control, labour management and driving revenue
Someone who thrives in an independent setting and enjoys taking ownership
