$90,000+ with Profit SharingJob Summary:Marvin Love and Associates is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Restaurant Manager for an upscale dining and sports tavern. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, combining a passion for great food and hospitality with leadership skills that motivate and inspire staff. This role requires the ability to manage day-to-day operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability through strategic marketing and team development.Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial performanceDevelop, implement, and maintain high standards for food and service qualityLead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure an exceptional guest experienceMonitor financial performance, preparing budgets, forecasting, and analyzing profitabilityEngage with customers to obtain feedback and ensure satisfaction while handling complaints in a timely mannerExecute marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyaltyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale dining environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to build a cohesive teamExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage financials, conduct cost analyses, and implement budgetsKnowledge of food and beverage trends and a passion for culinary excellenceAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureExperience with inventory management systems and scheduling toolsFlexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysBachelor''s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferredBenefits
