With the business in a strong position and supplying several major aerospace OEMs, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement while managing direct reports across Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Engineering. You will also hold full P&L responsibility and must bring prior experience in this area. Reporting to the Directors, the General Manager will be a strong communicator and a key advocate for engagement with internal stakeholders, the workforce, and external partners.
