Evolve are partnering with a leading organisation within the ophthalmology and medical technology sector to recruit an experienced, commercially driven General Manager to lead its UK business. This is a rare opportunity to take full PandL accountability, execute Group strategy and drive profitable growth, while leading sales and marketing, strengthening customer and KOL relationships, expanding market share, launching innovative products and inspiring high-performing teams to deliver long-term business success. This is a full-time, permanent position working on a hybrid basis, with 3 days per week in the office, from our client s head office in Hertfordshire. What s on offer? Ideal Requirements for the General Manager Senior Commercial Leadership Experience - A minimum of 10 years senior commercial leadership experience within medical devices, healthcare technology or a comparable B2B healthcare environment. Proven PandL Ownership - Demonstrable experience of owning, or having significant accountability for, a PandL and delivering against revenue, margin, EBIT, cost and cash objectives.
