OverviewEVERYMAN CHELTENHAM is seeking a General Manager to lead our vibrant and friendly team. As a General Manager, you will be a true leader, inspiring the team to deliver a memorable Everyman experience to all guests. Responsibilities

Drive the business to achieve long-term profitability and ensure the venue performs to the best of its abilities with full autonomy.

Train and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service to all guests while maintaining commercial and operational excellence.

Have full confidence in running all aspects of the complex business and hold full PandL accountability.

Understand business finance to maximise sales and exceed KPI targets.

Collaborate with the operations team to maximise service delivery opportunities and ensure continued cinema success.

Qualifications

Have a genuine passion for hospitality and ensure that the teams you lead share this.

Possess a big personality and are not afraid to use it.

Love food, drink, customer service, and people.

Have an entrepreneurial spirit with strong business savvy and self-drive.

Have previous experience as a Venue or General Manager and a background in customer-service focused hospitality.
