Senior General Manager opportunity within precision manufacturing, based in Derbyshire.This is a senior leadership role for an experienced General Manager to join a high performance precision machining manufacturing business.You will take full site responsibility, reporting to the Board and leading operations within a precision engineering environment. The business specialises in delivering complex, tight tolerance machined components to customers who expect excellent quality, reliability, and delivery performance.The board is looking for a commercially strong General Manager who can improve operational performance, drive continuous improvement, and support long term business growth.About the BusinessThis is a precision machining manufacturing business focused on producing complex components with very tight tolerances for demanding customers.The organisation has invested consistently in capability, technology, and people development.
