We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a well-established manufacturing operation in. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and customer service.

The Role

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability and business growth
• Oversee projects from inception to successful delivery
• Manage budgets, costs, risk and performance metrics
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety standards

About You

• Experience in senior manufacturing leadership roles
• Strong commercial and operational awareness
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience
