General Manager

to lead their Cheltenham venue. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take full ownership of venue operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving commercial and operational excellence.Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.Ensure commercial and operational excellence, achieving and exceeding KPI targets.Oversee all aspects of venue operations with full PandL accountability.Work closely with senior operations teams to maximise service delivery and business growth.Maintain high standards of hospitality, food, and beverage service.Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a General Manager or Venue Manager in a customer-focused hospitality setting.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.Excellent understanding of business finance and commercial performance.A genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink, and customer service.An entrepreneurial spirit with strong business acumen and self-drive.Competitive salary package with on-target earnings of £47,000 – £52,000 per annum (including bonus).Unlimited complimentary access to the client’s venues.50% discount on food and drink.Wagestream membership (access to wages as earned).24/7 Employee Assistance Programme (covering wellbeing, legal, family, financial support).Cycle to Work scheme.Staff events, team socials, and incentives.Job Details
