General Manager Designate - Rooms/Hotel ExperienceWe''re looking for Hotel Managers who have had experience working in pubs to join us with a view to taking on your very own pub with rooms in the future. The ideal candidate worked as an Assistant Manager or GM in a pub before moving into hotels where they grew their career and now run a business. We''re looking for someone who is confident leading from the front, is people focused, and cares about delivering incredible hospitality.Responsibilities
Lead from the front and drive exceptional hospitality within a pub with rooms.Own the guest offer, tailor the food and service experience to the guest and align with the business vision.Recruit and develop the team to ensure knowledge and capability to delight customers.Participate in a structured induction process to learn systems, food training, and company culture, with opportunities to visit different pubs for inspiration.What We Offer
