General Manager

to join Daish''s Hotels!Offering a competitive salary of up to

£38,500 per annum

after a 3-month probation period. Salary increases with length of service and annual reviews. We provide continuous, all-year-round employment, as we do not close during winter months. Benefits include a

£95 per holiday —covering 4 nights, breakfast, dinner, room, travel, and entertainment.Skills and capabilities required:Experience in the leisure or tourism industry.Passion for holidays and customer service.Ability to manage and motivate a team aligned with our core values.Adaptability to handle diverse responsibilities, from calling Bingo to compliance and budgeting.Experience managing budgets.Planning for maintenance and capital investments.Handling HR issues per company policy.A proactive, ''can do'' attitude with leadership from the front.As a General Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring the delivery of our core values: clean, comfortable en-suite accommodation, good food, lively entertainment, and exceptional customer service.
