Your leadership will ensure high standards of service, optimise operational efficiency, and promote a welcoming environment for guests. The successful candidate will possess strong M&E operational management experience, demonstrating a track record of successful team leadership, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle diverse operational challenges with confidence and professionalism.

• Proven experience as a General Manager including Meetings & Events operations
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Strong organisational and operational planning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse business performance data and implement improvements
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high standards of service
• Relevant experience managing teams of 36+ employees is preferable
