This is a high-impact leadership role where your ability to inspire teams, drive operational excellence, and exceed client expectations will directly support world-class healthcare delivery.What You\''ll Be Doing:

Leading the day-to-day operations of catering and hospitality across the hospital site, ensuring seamless service deliveryManaging, coaching, and inspiring on-site teams to deliver with care, precision, and prideBuilding strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to anticipate and exceed expectationsEnsuring rigorous compliance with food safetyDriving innovation and continuous improvement in hospitality and service deliveryOverseeing budgets, resource planning, and commercial performanceUpholding health and safety and Compass Group standards at every levelWhat We\''re Looking For:
