We are excited to be recruiting for a General Manager to work with us at a prestigious visitor attraction site based in central London.Location: EC3N 4ABRate of pay: £60,000 per annumWorking pattern: 5 over 7 shift pattern, no eveningsShift patterns: 8am-4.30pm or 9am-6pm If successful, you will be required to undergo a DBS check Key responsibilitiesManaging a team of 15-50 peopleHolding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectationsLead, develop and manage the team staff membersManaging several cafe/retail outletsOur ideal candidate:We are ideally looking for a candidate with proven multi-site experience within contract catering, restaurants or retail sectorExperience managing large commercials turnovers between £5-7 million per yearAbility and experience to manage ..... full job details .....
