Lead the Chiswick restaurant as General Manager, fostering an "old-school hospitality" experience for local customers and a positive, high-performing culture for the team. Drive sales, manage operations, ensure compliance, and develop staff to achieve KPIs and deliver memorable service, embodying pride and ownership in the community.
