Were looking for a proven General Manager
youll need to be good at controlling your margins and at your happiest both looking after guests and training, inspiring and developing a happy team. Ideally youll have worked in a similar premium branded full-table service environment, so wed love to hear from you if youve spent time running a restaurant or gastro pub, but if youve got a different background dont let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
