As General Manager, you\''ll lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, driving strategic growth and ensuring services continue to meet the evolving needs of the local community. You\''ll work closely with a passionate team of staff, volunteers, and Trustees to deliver the charity\''s mission with energy, creativity, and compassion.Key Responsibilities
