General Manager - Caravan Village

Overview

General Manager - Caravan Village role at TieTalent, based at our Skegness Resort. This is a leadership position responsible for delivering exceptional guest and owner experiences, leading a high-performing team, and driving growth for the caravan village and associated village development.Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Caravan Village (home to over 700 caravans, with the brand-new Maple Walk Village adding 100 more).Ensure guests and prospective owners have a memorable experience with Butlin’s, focusing on owner retention, recommendations, and new sales opportunities.Lead the sales team to meet targets, drive new leads, secure owner retention, and shape growth strategies in line with Butlin’s business objectives.Collaborate with the wider leadership team and Resort Director to develop growth strategies and ensure active lead plans and marketing activity support.Manage day-to-day maintenance of the site, including budgets, purchases, capital projects, and operational plans to keep the Village running smoothly.About You

Passionate and experienced senior leader with experience managing large, multi-faceted operations, ideally in caravan parks or similar environments.Excellent customer experience skills and substantial experience in caravan sales, with strong commercial acumen.Target-driven with the ability to balance financial success with delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and buyers, and for inspiring and leading your team.Ability to build excellent relationships within the industry and area to capitalise on opportunities.Flexible and hands-on, capable of overcoming day-to-day and long-term operational challenges with minimal impact to guests.About Butlin’s
