Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking full ownership of PandL performance, driving revenue, profitability, and efficiency
- Leading a fast-paced operational site, ensuring high standards across service and delivery
- Building and maintaining strong, face-to-face relationships with key customers
- Driving account retention and growth through commercial insight and service excellence
- Leading and developing a management team, overseeing an indirect workforce of 50+
- Implementing improvements across operations, sales, and customer performance
Ideal for a General Manager with:
- Proven experience delivering revenue growth within a service and operations led environment
- Strong leadership experience managing managers and large operational teams
- Commercially astute with experience owning or influencing PandL performance
