This is an opportunity for someone who has already built a strong track record in commercial, sales, operations or business leadership and is ready for their next challenge. What You Get A base salary of £60-70k DOE Annual Bonus Car Allowance The Role Working closely with the MD and Board, you''ll take a leading role in shaping the direction of the business and delivering profitable growth. You ll be responsible for driving commercial strategy, revenue and profitability Developing existing customer relationships and winning new business Identifying new markets, opportunities and strategic partnerships Leading commercial negotiations, pricing and key opportunities Taking ownership of business performance and key KPIs Providing strategic oversight of operational performance Leading and challenging senior managers to deliver results Using PandL and financial information to make commercially sound decisions Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance and profitability Helping shape the future direction of the business About You We''re looking for someone with ..... full job details .....
