What You’ll Be Doing

Taking ownership for the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant and teamLeading a team to deliver the ultimate guest experienceComing up with fresh, creative ideas to drive salesEnsuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and Health and SafetyCreating a fun and motivating work atmosphere where your team can thriveConnecting with guests, exceeding their expectations so they come back again and againAnalysing the numbers and finding ways to make things even better

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading in a restaurant or similar fast-paced guest-focused environmentPersonable with the skills to inspire and motivate a teamSomeone who lives and breathes hospitality and top-tier serviceGreat communicatorOrganised, with the ability to prioritise tasksA problem solver who’s hands-on and ready to take on challengesAble to keep cool, calm and focused in a busy settingFlexible, availability that includes weekends, late nights and bank holidays – we’re always on the go!
