Specs on point and guest journey will be nothing short of epic under your guidance. You’ll be a compliance pro! You’re a stickler for regulatory compliance achieving stellar 10/10 daily Trail average scores. Safety is your top priority, ensuring everyone within the business is protected.Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy, wet-led environment.Conduct regular management meetings to align on goals, standards, and guest journey excellence.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain safety standards across the operation.Drive operational consistency, optimize standards, and oversee daily performance to achieve solid results.Collaborate with the management team to implement personal development plans and promote high-potential employees.Qualifications and mindset

Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or entertainment venue with a focus on coaching and team development.Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities.Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance with a track record of achieving high standards.Benefits
