General Manager

Location: CreweSalary: 60,000- 66,000 plus benefits packageSummary: We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused General Manager to lead a large-scale operation within a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a high-impact role for a strong people leader who can manage complexity, drive operational performance, and deliver sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will have experience managing 100+ people and will be comfortable operating across both manual and automated environments. You will take overall responsibility for operational performance, people, customer service, compliance, and commercial delivery.
