General Manager Role:
- Full responsibility for day-to-day venue operations
- Drive sales and performance (KPI-led: wages, stock, expenses)
- Lead and develop a large, passionate team
- Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences
About You:
- 3+ years in senior hospitality management (General Manager level ideal)
- Confident leader with strong people and performance skills
- Skilled in rota planning, stock control, and cost management
- Passion for nightlife, music, and high-energy environments
