About the Role:

Leading the

pre-opening and launch

of a brand-new site

Building and inspiring a high-performing team

Driving consistent delivery of

exceptional service and experience

Full PandL responsibility and operational leadership

Acting as a genuine ambassador for the brand

About You:

A strong GM with a proven track record in

premium dining or high-quality casual

Confident managing full-site operations, team leadership and standards

Hands-on, guest-focused and energised by creating great service moments

Commercially sharp with an eye for detail and a drive to grow the business
