This is an excellent senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished automotive professional who can inspire a team, maximise dealership performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience across every department. THE OPPORTUNITY As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the dealership, providing strong leadership across Sales, Aftersales and all supporting departments. You will create a high-performance culture, develop your management team and ensure the dealership consistently achieves its commercial, customer satisfaction and manufacturer objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the overall performance and day-to-day operation of the dealership. Take full ownership of dealership profitability, budgets and key performance indicators.
