General Manager (Automotive)

Role: General Manager (Used Car Sales Operation)
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: Full Time - 5 days per week - flexibility required for weekend work
Pay: -40,000 with -80,000 OTE

We''re looking for a experienced Automotive General Manager with a track record of successfully running a Car Dealership Sales operation.

The Role:

- Leading, coaching and motivating a Car Sales team including Sales Executives, Sales Managers & Controllers & Valeters;
- Maximise used car volume and profitability;
- Review Sales Process and Customer Journey, promoting an excellent customer experience consistently;
- Overall responsibility for achieving site budget;

The Requirements:

- Automotive experience is a must - General Manager / Dealer Principal / Head of Business level, or a highly experienced General Sales Manager with a Used Car bias, ready to take the next step in your career
- High volume / Used car background
- Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
- Full UK driving licence
