General Manager

You will lead a team of around 50 employees (increasing seasonally to 75) and oversee key functional leaders across, Production, QHSE, Engineering, Warehouse and Continuous Improvement.With the business expanding into new product ranges to support year-round demand, your focus will be on strengthening foundations, embedding structure, enhancing operational consistency and driving measurable performance improvements across the plant.
