General Manager – Birmingham

Location: Birmingham City Centre (B2), Birmingham, United KingdomSalary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum + BonusArchies is seeking a proactive General Manager to lead one of our restaurants in Birmingham. Coordinate the day-to-day operations within your storeDeliver superior service and maximise customer satisfactionRespond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issuesDeploy the team effectively through weekly and daily scheduling; lead by exampleAppraise staff performance and provide actionable feedbackDevelop the store management team as part of Archies’ succession and progression planEnsure stock counts are completed in line with weekly/daily requirementsComplete weekly/daily checks including Health and Safety and Food Hygiene compliance to audit standardAdhere to cash control policies and proceduresMaintain sanitation and safety regulatory complianceMaintain brand awareness and suggest improvementsControl operational costs, reduce wastage, and identify opportunities to increase profitPrepare and submit accurate reporting on all financial aspects of the storeRequirements and Skills

Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar in a branded or quick-service restaurantProven customer service leadership experienceExtensive food and beverage knowledge and a passion for the productsStrong understanding of hospitality systems/software and confidentialityStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAcu te financial management skillsYou will be required to undergo a DBS check, processed at the offer stage.Benefits
