General Manager

OverviewAramark UK is looking for a General Manager to work across 2 sites in Lancashire – Fulwood Barracks and Weeton Barracks. The role involves managing catering, retail and cleaning services, delivering excellent service to customers and client. The General Manager will work on-site, typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work. The role requires a DBS check and full security vetting. You must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

Manage catering, retail and cleaning services across two sites.

Deliver service excellence to customers and clients.

Lead, manage and coach a team.

Build and maintain client relationships.

Work on-site Monday–Friday with occasional weekend work.

Ensure compliance with DBS check and security vetting requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current or recent General Manager experience within a similar environment.

Delivering financial targets within a commercial environment.

Management experience within a retail or catering environment.

Able to build and maintain client relationships.

Leading, managing and coaching a team.

Full driving licence and access to own car.

Must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.

Salary£38,000 - £39,500
