This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced manager with a background in education, Alternative Provision, SEND, SEMH or vocational learning. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the provision, leading staff and ensuring high standards of education, safeguarding and learner support. The Role Lead the day-to-day operation and performance of the provision. Manage, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team. Oversee education delivery, learner engagement and outcomes. Maintain excellent safeguarding, compliance and health and safety standards. Build strong relationships with local authorities, schools, families and external professionals.
