Your responsibilities will include:Diverse Facility Maintenance: Execute a broad range of minor building repairs, including work on doors, windows, and fixtures. This also involves light maintenance on basic plumbing and electrical systems, as well as installing and mounting new equipment.Reactive and Priority Management: Quickly and efficiently respond to all maintenance requests and unexpected issues. Your daily workload will shift based on the site''s immediate needs, requiring you to effectively prioritise and manage multiple competing tasks.Accurate Documentation: Use our computerised maintenance management system (CMMS) to accurately log, track, and close out all maintenance activities, ensuring a clear and detailed record of all site upkeep.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key maintenance point of contact, communicating clearly and professionally with staff and other departments to understand, scope, and address their needs.DetailsPay Rate: 20.51 per hourShift Pattern: ..... full job details .....
