We are looking for an General Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an General Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. As the General Maintenance Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The General Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for: The role involves completing planned and reactive maintenance and monitoring of all prison fabric within scope. You will conduct tasks in compliance with Company Safety Policy, Procedures, relevant Codes of Practice, NR, and Statutory Regulations, ensuring adherence to the Company''s and Clients'' Permit to Work Systems. You will liaise with engineers and subcontractors, develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of site engineering services, and support best working practices. You must complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, coordinate connections to existing plant/systems, and use and maintain OandM Manuals and quality procedures.
