The role supports statutory compliance, contractual performance standards, and a safe environment for building users. Maintenance & Repairs Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across a range of building systems and fabric. Undertake basic mechanical, electrical, and general building maintenance tasks , including: Plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, leaks) Basic HVAC checks (filters, simple fault reporting) Fabric repairs (doors, locks, ceilings, flooring) Minor electrical works (lamp replacements, visual checks) Identify faults and take appropriate action to resolve or escalate.
