This is a varied and practical role where no two days are the same, covering everything from planned upkeep to reactive repairs across self-storage facilities, office spaces, and retail locations. The role: General building maintenance and repairs (including roofing and cladding) Plumbing repairs and basic installations Joinery and carpentry work Painting and decorating tasks Tiling and flooring repairs, including carpets External works such as paving and drainage maintenance Grounds upkeep and general site clearance Pressure washing external areas Furniture assembly, relocation and removal Supporting both planned preventative maintenance and reactive works About you: At least 3 years'' experience in building maintenance or similar multi-skilled trade role NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent qualification) ...
