General Maintenance Operative

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a General Maintenance Operative for our team in Newcastle! In this role you will be required to carry out a variety of planned and reactive building maintenance tasks, which will be varied in nature and include: General building works Joinery, plastering and painting Ground drainage and external works. Gulley and Gutter maintenance Assisting with site moves There will also be elements of assisting our engineers with plumbing, light electrical tasks and air conditioning servicing. Training and up-skilling will be included for this role!
