This is an excellent opportunity for a time-served machinist with experience in both CNC and manual turning/milling who is looking to work in a highly specialised precision engineering environment. Key Responsibilities - Set and operate both CNC and manual lathes to manufacture precision-engineered components. - Work within a busy machine shop environment while maintaining health, safety and quality standards. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and production documentation. - Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances. - Monitor machining processes and make adjustments where required. - Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams.
