General Labourer

General Labourer / Site Operative 

Location: Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 6AT
Rate: £18.50 per hour
Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, half day Friday
Start Date: 14th September 2026
Duration: Approximately 4 weeks initially, with potential for the work to continue
Tradestech Recruitment are looking for a reliable General Labourer / Site Operative for a project near Dursley, Gloucestershire.

The project involves dredging works and pumping silt through a valley. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, reliable and happy to muck in with a variety of site duties.

Duties will include:

• Laying out and moving pump pipes
• Removing timber fencing
• Assisting with setting up the site
• Moving materials and equipment
• General labouring and site duties
• Assisting the site team wherever required

Requirements:

• Previous site / general labouring experience
• Comfortable working outdoors and carrying out physical work
• Reliable and willing to muck in with different duties

• £18.50 per hour
• 07:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday. Half day Friday
