This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping outdoor spaces well-presented and running smoothly. The Role You’ll be responsible for the upkeep of all external areas across the marina estate, including: Daily litter picking across pathways, car parks, and communal areas Sweeping and blowing of hard surfaces to remove debris and leaves Bin management – emptying, cleaning, and ensuring tidy surrounding areas Graffiti removal to maintain site standards Pressure washing surfaces to keep areas clean and presentable Cleaning and maintaining site signage Weekly Yacht Club cleaning (2 hours), including: Hoovering hallways, stairways, and lifts Cleaning mirrors, lighting, banisters, ceilings, and skirting Mopping floors and polishing surfaces You’ll work closely with on-site staff to ensure the site remains aligned with operational standards.
